Demand & Supply Planning Manager – International

You will lead the Supply & Demand team and process for the International markets, ensuring robust forecasts are created with appropriate inventory levels throughout the supply chain.

As Demand & Supply Planning Manager you will drive the S&OP and Customer Collaboration processes, with a view to continuously improve forecast accuracy, support OTIF targets, drive on-shelf availability and manage stock health.

Key Demand & Supply Planning Manager Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Supply & Demand analysts to maintain the forecast, including daily, weekly and monthly adjustments
• Drive the S&OP process to improve forecast accuracy and stock availability
• Establish Supply Chain to Supply Chain relationships to embed the Customer Collaboration process in core territories
• Understand forecast bias / error using statistical root-cause analysis and create plans to step change as required
• Provide a collaborative planning approach between the Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams
• Work closely with the Commercial and Finance teams to develop the forecast for NPD / EPD launches and new customers / markets
• Ensure accountability by customer / market on implementation of seasonal / NPD forecasting
• Develop management reports on forecast changes, accuracy, inventory levels and stock health
• Support a continuous improvement culture across the Operations team
• Attend S&OP / Project meetings as a representative of the International function

Experience/Competencies

We’re looking for an individual whom can demonstrate the following:

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills and experience using statistical forecasting systems to analyse EPOS data
• Strong experience in S&OP / IBP processes, preferably within an FMCG / Food Production environment
• Experience in Demand Planning, preferably with experience across Supply Planning, Customer Collaboration, Inventory Management and Production Planning
• Excellent E2E project management skills, preferably across NPD / EPD launches
• Line management experience
• Experience using SAP along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
