Head of Internal Sales and Field Sales
Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will be focussed on managing the Internal Sales teams and the Field sales team for a premium food distributor based in Hertfordshire. The business has tapped into key growth area's in the current market and are looking for someone that can help the business hit their exciting growth plans. The role will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and will be managing two internal sales team leads and the Field sales team.
- Leading the Telesales team, the Customer Service team and the Field Sales teams. A total of around 20 employees.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to guide the business and ensure ambitious targets are met
- Ensure the teams you are managing hit key service and sales targets.
- Experience of managing both Telesales teams and Field sales teams in previous roles.
- Proven experience in the Foodservice sector.
- Superb knowledge and contacts within Foodservice.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong commercial knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial ambition and highly driven.
- Excellent presentation skills.
