This quality product range has resulted in a major growth trend and due to this they need to strengthen their team by appointing additional Commercial Managers to their current sales team.
The role is to develop business plans and sales strategies that will deliver profit and growth within your account base, key performance indicators will include developing relationships cross functionally, driving sales and managing trade promotional spend, whilst developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.
Ideal candidates will have an FMCG background within National accounts that has provided them with quality sales training and success with an understanding of the core needs of account management.
An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.
