Our client is a manufacturer of quality food products on a branded basis to the major retail sector. They have a well respected premium brand in their sector and they are recruiting for a Sales Director to manage their existing sales staff and help grow and develop the business.
• Man management of a 7 NAM's and a marketeer.
• P&L responsibility for the sales of the business.
• Development of strong working relationships internally and externally.
• The successful candidate will have a branded background.
• Will be an experienced leader of NAMs at strategic level.
• Will be classically trained in management, negotiations and category management.
• An ability to develop strong working partnerships.
• Be based in SE England.
Package is negotiable around £100-125k + car/allowance + good bonus.
