Digital Marketing Manager
£42,000 + Car + Bonus
East Midlands | M1 Corridor

Ultimately, the role is responsible for driving growth in the company’s social presence and ensuring that all social and digital activity has solid content in order to drive conversion to purchase. You will be the ambassador of the brand where you will be the first point of contact regarding customer questions, queries and complaints on all social media platforms ensuring the tone of voice is aligned to the brand’s values. In addition to having full responsibility for all social media platforms, the role will also take the lead on website content so a level of technical skills will be required using certain software packages such as WordPress, HTML and CSS/Java script and knowledge of website analytical tools.

The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-

  • Managed Digital marketing campaigns for FMCG brands including areas such as SEO/Marketing database, email, social media, website content and display advertising
  • Either working for another FMCG business in a similar role or have Marketing Agency-side experience managing FMCG clients and delivering brand plans for Social Media/Digital
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML and Java Script
  • A smart and quick thinker with a high level of technical understanding of digital marketing
  • Must be fluid with the ability to keep content engaging
  • Entrepreneurial and have the willing to learn as well as to influence your digital experience
  • Must be comfortable with working in the East Midlands/M1 corridor region
  • A Degree in Marketing with Social Media & Digital would be advantageous

** This role would suit a Client/Account Manager working for a Marketing Agency currently managing Digital campaigns for FMCG brands
