Package: £35,000 - 40,000 basic, plus company car and £15,000 commission!

The Role: Field based Territory Sales Manager role, selling a full range of flooring underlay & accessories. Inheriting a database of accounts, the successful candidate will be tasked with increasing customer spend as well as generating new business. Predominantly targeting wholesale and distribution companies, other clients also include independent showrooms, buying groups and house builders. Based from home, you will cover South London and home counties, partnering with customers and building strong relationships to grow your patch. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing sales background!

The Company: A £90M turnover manufacturer. Established for over 65 years, they provide a diverse range of high quality materials, specialising in carpet and laminate underlay. Built on rich British heritage, they supply over 1,000 products to airports, cinemas, schools, stadiums and churches - always striving to deliver the best solutions for their clients through their consultative approach! They are now looking for a strong relationship builder to join their team.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have B2B field sales experience
  • Ideally worked for a manufacturer
  • Consultative, confident & driven
  • Full UK Driving License
