Their products are hand-made using the best ingredients and with traditional craft based methods. They have a committed and motivated team and they work together to supply the Top 4 Grocers and other retailers and wholesalers across the UK. They also have a thriving export business and this is an exciting time to join their team.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will build on their established National Account relationships and work closely with each of your customers to develop growth plans, agree new listings and distribution gains. As an important part of the team, you’ll receive considerable autonomy, be expected to make decisions and get things done. They have ambitious plans and continue to invest in product development, manufacturing capability and marketing.
You are looking for a new challenge in a business where you can make a real difference. As an experienced FMCG Account Manager you have a good understanding of how the Top 4 Grocers work and how to grow profitable sales. You are highly organised, with excellent interpersonal skills and have a determined and results driven style. You like working as part of a small team and ideally have experience of working with business owners.
