Salary: c.£65k Basic plus Bonus and Benefits

Based: North London -  N.H.Counties.                      

This is a truly exciting opportunity to lead and develop a c.£20 million distribution business supplying around 2,500 customers in a variety of B2B & B2C segments throughout the UK.

Reporting to the Managing Director this market sector dictates that you will be the commercial face of the Company leading the sales team from the front you will be able to combine both strategic and hands-on operational skills to energetically drive the development, impact and commercial performance of the Company in this ‘mature market’.

You must have an impressive track record in leading businesses where sales and customer service is a core business capability.  You will have a natural bias towards the commercial customer interface, but your proven ability to data analyse and prioritise people resources will hold you in good stead for all aspects of the business.

It goes without saying that you must possess excellent leadership, management and people skills, the energy and drive to make things happen and the integrity and presence to enhance the Company’s already impressive reputation.

The remuneration package on offer is negotiable depending on what skills and experience the successful candidate will bring to the organisation.
