Here you will be joining an established niche recruitment consultancy with an excellent reputation within its sector. It's a grown-up environment where you will be left to manage your own desk, supported by a team of talented consultants, the majority of whom have 5 years + service.

There's no monitoring of call times here. The only figures we really care about are your billing figures and helping you succeed with these. We recruit from graduate to board level and it is likely you would initially focus on vacancies from £30k-£60k at mid-management level. You'll work on joint projects with colleagues as well as managing your own. It's a full 360 recruitment role working on new business development, client management, candidate attraction and assessment on both contingency and retained projects.

We are seen as true experts in our sector. You'll develop new business through our network and recommendation and work on projects for an extensive existing client base. It's not just about filling vacancies, we support our clients with market mapping, industry benchmarking and pipelining talent.

If you have a recruitment background in FMCG / Manufacturing that would be a big advantage but certainly isn't a must-have. We have successful consultants from non-recruitment backgrounds including HR, Sales & Hospitality. If you have tenacity, resilience, drive and great people skills, you can do well here.

You'll be given the right tools to do the job well, a competitive salary, obviously a commission scheme, car allowance, above market average pension, health plan, 25 days holiday and your birthday off too.
