 Talent Acquisition Partner – FMCG Distribution

Are you a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Partner with experience of working within FMCG, Logistic or Distribution environments? This excellent opportunity for a TAP to be based in the Midlands office to help drive the strategic recruitment agenda across a multi-site organisation. For this role you will play an instrumental part of embedding the new culture and own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple vacancies at any one time. This is your opportunity to be part of a leading consumer brand organisation who have ambitious growth plans and are category leading within their field. This role will have with element of travel and you will work with external and internal stake holders to drive the recruitment agenda. 

As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will attract the best possible talent by advertising on the most suitable platforms, shortlisting and screening. You will partner with hiring managers to understand and support the recruitment needs for the new distribution site in Coventry and also across EMEA region. This is a varied role and one that will keep you busy, the company is a fast paced organisation and you will develop and execute recruitment across EMEA. As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will manage multiple vacancies at any one time in a very fast paced environment, whilst providing excellent communication and organisational skills at all times.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple vacancies at any one time
  • Attract the best possible talent by advertising on the most suitable platforms, shortlisting and screening
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and support the recruitment needs
  • Provide feedback to applicants following an application/interview
  • Provide recruitment best practice and interview training to hiring managers
  • Track, update and provide monthly stats on all recruitment activity
  • Provide input to develop a robust but flexible recruitment process
  • Build a talent pipeline of candidates across all business functions
  • Ensure the most cost-effective solutions are adopted and only using agencies when necessary
  • Support on employer brand development and other projects as required                                                             

Package: £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits

Location: Coventry

You will have:

  • Extensive experience on the end to end recruitment cycle across a range or roles
  • Strong experience of directly sourcing talent across multi-disciplines and specialist vacancies
  • The ability to understand business culture and fit as part of the screening/interview process
  • Experience of using applicant tracking systems
  • Solutions focused with a ‘can do’ attitude 
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong and credible working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to work with confidential information and remaining discreet at all times
