The Company: A natural slate roofing supplier with over 30 years industry experience. Selling to homeowners, contractors and architects, they stand out from their competition by offering a 100 year guarantee and extensive stock levels, importing stunning and aesthetically pleasing, natural and premium slate! Present in over 22 countries, they have a dedicated technical support team and London showroom. They are now looking for a specification sales person to join the UK team, you must have sold to architects to be considered for this role.

The Role: The BDM will be responsible for prospecting new business and managing an existing portfolio of accounts across the South East. Representing a £20M turnover business, you will be selling natural slate for roof applications, dealing mainly with architects, but also main contractors and back selling through a merchant network. This field sales role will be based from home, order sizes range from £10-50K. In your first year you will work towards a target of £2.9M, rewarded with an uncapped commission scheme and high profit margin products.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have sold building products to architects
  • Ability to protect specifications and manage high value pipeline
  • Driving license
