The Role: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling high end residential care and luxury care home services across the Kingston area. Contacting family members and local business owners, you will be required to prospect new business and retain the existing.

This role is diverse, combining a mix of sales and marketing. Networking within the local community and building a referral network of solicitors and healthcare professionals will be key to your success!

Sourced by self- generating leads, networking events, walk ins and converting inbound leads, you'll be conducting 5 tours per week, order sizes are based at £1800 p/w, where leads times can take 0-4 weeks to convert.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have B2C or B2B sales experience - customer facing
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Personable, well presented and engaging.
  • Driving License
