Channel Manager – On Trade (Retail and Route to Market)
Salary based on experience, bonus, car allowance, pension, healthcare etc
This is one of the biggest brand names in drinks. A young, vibrant and dynamic company, they are looking for a Channel Manager to spearhead their On Trade Channel. Often seen as a creative and quirky company, their globally recognised brand has a major presence in the both the on and off trade. They require people that have bright ideas, are positive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic. This is an autonomous, creative position working with a high profile FMCG brand; opportunities like this are extremely rare.
This role will head up the On Trade team for both their Retail and Route to Market accounts. It’s responsible for a team of 14 direct reports. You will devise and implement the UK On Trade strategy and ensure the successful implantation of this strategy through your team. This role sits as part of the UK On Trade Management Team and is involved in all key decisions relating to the On Trade in the UK.
You must have people management experience and be able to provide examples of gaining success through others. You must also have an excellent knowledge of the On Trade industry and be able to demonstrate hands on experience in this area.
