The Role: As Business Development Manager in the North of England, you will be tasked with the acquisition of new business - targeting a diverse market of end user clients in the public and private sectors, selling the company's range of facility management services and solutions. You'll win contracts and pass to an internal operational team, until contract renewal. The scope is enormous, from SME accounts to multi-site nationals - with great financial rewards for success.
The Company: This organisation has built a solid reputation as a complete service solution business - with an offering of facilities management, cleaning and waste removal services. Established for over 50 years they are well positioned for growth in the UK.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in any form of facilities services eg pest control, cleaning, hygiene, washroom services, waste, security etc. Experience of success in hunting for new business is essential. You will be enthusiastic, high energy, working at pace with a focus on hitting targets and earning bonus.
£40,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary (experience dependent)
+ £20,000 to £25,000 OTE Bonus (uncapped)
+ £4,000 pa Car Allowance
+ Mobile Phone, Laptop
