Due to the continuing success of the business and to drive further expansion, we now have an exciting opportunity for an Export Sales Manager to join our growing business.

A young and dynamic company, who are specialists in Outdoor Leisure & Sports merchandise.  We design, develop and distribute over 700 products to a rapidly growing customer base.  Ranging from Independent outdoor retailers to Nationwide grocery groups in the UK and Internationally.

Our brands include Summit camping and walking, ‘POP’ collapsible space saving product, Pursuit sport and fitness, MyBento for life on the move, and Bistro & Co indoor & outdoor dining accessories including BBQ’s. 

To succeed at Summit, you will have a proven track record in FMCG non food and drink sales, with a minimum of 2 year’s relatable experience.  Ideally be multi-lingual but not essential, commercially astute and have the ability to manage and develop strong collaborative business relationships with both existing and new customers.  You will have an entrepreneurial attitude, commitment to drive for results and have excellent negotiation skills. 

We require your experience, creative input and ability to analyse customer product ranges, come up with new product suggestions, develop sales plans and strategies to achieve the full potential of our product categories.  Whilst ensuring we maximise sales and profitability with customers.

As part of your role, you will be required to attend meetings at our head office, foreign travel to conduct meetings, presentations and attend trade fairs.

In return we offer a very competitive remuneration package comprising of basic salary, uncapped commission, car allowance or company car, plus all out of pocket expenses
