The Global Corporation I am partnered with currently sell into all major retailers and they are looking for you to come on board to support across Sainsbury’s and Argos. This consumer product (non-food) business employ over 140 people in their UK function and they strive to create a creative and inspiring workplace.
They are seeking a dedicated and career striving National Account Manager to join a fast paced team in one of their four divisions. You will come with an entrepreneurial flair and the attitude to make a positive impact to ultimately drive forward growth in your specialist accounts. The total P&L that you will be responsible for is circa £12mil.
You will support the Sales Channel Lead in the digital space, on the management of the Argos account and identify and implement business strategies for the JS account. The Sales Channel Lead is incredibly strategic and pushes their team, so if you are looking for an incredibly fun yet supportive team this could be the right opportunity for you.
You will be office based for three days a week, work from home one day a week and out visiting your customers on the fifth day. You will enjoy working closely with other divisions, as you will regularly liaise with consumer insight, trade marketing and marketing.
You will have previous FMCG sales experience and exposure to the Grocery and Digital Channel will be highly desirable. You will have had full P&L responsibility for large scale accounts, ideally within a blue-chip organisation.
