The successful applicant will be responsible grow growing the independent pharmacy channel for this successful brand. You will be in charge of delivering a profitable strategy and will manage a team of 5 account managers.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with our growing number of independent pharmacy owners, to deliver a collaborative business plan which will help grow the channel for the UK.

Client Details

My client are large, and growing skincare brand with strong heritage and a strong view on sustainability. They now operate within over 100 countries and have consistently delivered double digit growth year on year due to the strong brand positioning and relationships they have.


The main responsibilities are:
  • Coach and Lead a team of 5 account managers for independent pharmacies in order to achieve sales targets set by the Company
  • Manage directly our TOP 5 Independent Pharmacies
  • Reaching the annual targets set within the independent pharmacies channel
  • Be responsible for the Brick and Mortar Business Development of the Company
  • Manage current wholesalers and open new ones
  • Be responsible directly of the team results
  • Be responsible directly of the P&L lines communicated by the Business Unit Manager during budget sessions
  • Setting up commercial offers, commercial strategies, commercial policies and campaigns
  • Coordinate with the logistic, finance and marketing teams the sales forecast for the UK
  • Manage directly accounts within any distribution channel if requested by the company or if any of his team members is unable to do the work for any reason
  • Lead any internal seminar or industry trade shows


The successful candidate will have strong:

  • Proven achiever with account management and business development
  • Customer management
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • A good presenter to senior decision makers
  • Negotiation skills to drive revenue

Job Offer
