National Account & Field Manager
The Company: A well-established manufacturer of mainly Branded products as well as Private Label Products. Suppliers to Grocery, Discounters, Wholesale, C&C, and the Convenience Sector.
The Role: 50% Account Management and 50% People Management.
Responsibilities include: -
- Account Management of Bestway and Batley, along with other National and Regional wholesale accounts
- Management of a Field Sales Team of 3
- Ensuring compliance and alignment of agreements and promotions made at head office as well as store level
- Full P&L and JBP responsibility
- Motivation and leadership of your team
Package: Up to £45k + 10% Bonus, Company Car, Pension, Health, 25 Days Holiday + Statutory Days, Mobile, Laptop
