Our core range consists of Frozen, Chilled and Ambient produce although we also list non food products, fresh produce, seafood and fresh meat.

This portfolio also spans branded and own brands lines meaning that we are able to position ourselves as a genuine one stop solution concerning catering supplies to our clients across the foodservice market.

This loyal customer base spans both profit and cost sector including high profile restaurant, hotel, leisure, education and healthcare accounts.

We are looking to grow our sales team through the recruitment of excellent, experienced foodservice sales professionals.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will inherit a strong account base of existing customers but will be expected to significantly grow this area within the first 12 months.

This will be achieved through development of new business in addition to organic growth of accounts.

The candidate will be expected to predominantly sell at Head chef level but will also deal with catering managers within more cost sector establishments.

They will also be expected to work effectively with foodservice manufacturers to provide strong food solutions to their account base.

The current account base covers all areas of the foodservice market including cost and profit sector accounts.

THE APPLICANT.

We are seeking to attract experienced candidates with a target driven approach to sales and a dynamic approach to account management and business development.

• Candidates are preferred to have field sales experience selling food solutions for a foodservice wholesaler.
• Candidates with experience selling other product ranges into the foodservice sector, including non food, catering equipment, seafood or fresh produce will also be considered.
• Candidates with a background as a qualified chef or catering qualifications with field sales experience in other areas will also be considered.
• Candidates with a proven Field Sales background in other disciplines with a passion and interest in food will also be welcomed.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong relationship building skills combined with a flair for new business.
