They are looking for a Senior Client Manager to work closely with some of the world’s leading drinks brands. Managing a portfolio of world renowned clients, you will be required to build and maintain relationships.  As market expert, you will identify, propose, upsell & implement the most appropriate projects.

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Lead, manage and develop a small but expanding team of account managers
  • Nurture existing, and build new, client relationships to improve peer-to-peer partnerships
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and manage the project delivery team in house
  • Understand your customers to the degree that you can recommend other CGA services in a credible, consultative manner
  • Business development with warm leads across the food supplier market
  • Live, love and breathe this sector

Skills

  • Organized, ambitious, hardworking and up for a challenge
  • Able to show a track record of managing and growing business to business relationships
  • Able to work to ambitious targets and tight deadlines whilst maintaining strong service levels and attention to detail
  • Experienced at managing projects and delivering client briefs from cradle to grave
  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Passionate about getting to the real story underneath market data, and able to turn that into something valuable for your customers
  • Ideally some experience in the field of market research, business intelligence or consultancy, although this is not essential
  • Ideally some knowledge of the foodservice market, including wholesalers, suppliers & products
  • Passionate about the drinks industry and the brands within it.
  • Willing to travel

You must be,

  • Educated to degree level but most importantly have a passion for food and drink
  • Great at building relationships with both clients and colleagues

Salary – up to £30,000 doe

Bonus – up to £4000 annually performance based
