We are recruiting Account Managers to drive profitable growth in our Dulux Decorator Centre (DDC) store network by developing business within both the Decorator and Commercial Contractor channels.
 
As an Account Manager you will focus on delivering world class customer management by collaborating with our sales teams DDC stores in your region to design, support and execute sales plans along with taking ownership for managing and growing your own call file of key customers.
 
You will develop effective and efficient ways of working with the DDC stores to deliver jointly agreed plans, business growth and world class customer engagement. You will construct compelling sales benefits to ensure our products are the customers’ first choice as well as identify and unlock new business opportunities. You will also build an understanding customer trends in your region and work with colleagues to influence them and grow regional sales and profits. Important too will be the ability to develop market, competitor and customer insights and share these with key stakeholders in the business to support a continuous improvement culture.
