Customer Relationship Manager - Luxury Care Homes

Package: £35,000 - 43,000 basic, plus £55,000 uncapped commission!
  • 45p per Mile, Mobile, Laptop, Credit Card & 33 Days Holiday!
  • Field Based - Selling to B2B & B2C
  • £55k OTE - Uncapped Commission

The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for selling high end residential care services, working for a luxury care home brand across the South East. Selling both B2B and B2C, you will work with lots of inbound leads, networking to build a referral base, targeting local businesses and solicitors, as well as organising events to generate interest in the local community and sell to family members. Targeted on occupancy, you will deal with short lead times, self-generating leads and converting walk ins.

The Company: Since being established in the late 90s, our client runs 19 care homes across England and South Wales and are market leading due to high quality care and facilities. Their drive is to create communities that enhance the quality of life. They have plenty of career prospects on offer, recruiting now due to expansion and the opening of a brand new home! They are looking a well presented, professional and engaging individuals with both B2C and B2B sales experience.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Prefer someone with B2C and B2B sales experience

  • Professional, empathetic and well presented
  • Driving License
