The Role: Representing an end-to-end supplier of security solutions, the new Regional Sales Manager will be field based, covering territory south of Leicester. This new business development role will see you targeting public and private sector organisations such as military bases, weapons manufacturers, distribution centres, energy providers, and facilities management companies.

Selling service and maintenance contracts for products such as high security gate systems, barriers, and turnstiles, you will be supported with some warm leads and able to build an account base. To be successful in this role you must have field sales experience, with a background in service based solutions. Strong IT skills are needed, you will be expected to produce weekly activity and analytical reports, as well as short, medium and long term forecasts.

The Company: Our client has over 65 years experience in the industry. Now operating across Europe and employing over 1000 people, they not only design and manufacture products, but install and service the solutions. Specialising in demarcation, entrance control and detection, system integration and preventing unauthorised intrusions, they are part of a €23Billion building materials group with a global reach!

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have field sales experience
  • Sold a tangible service not just product
  • Pragmatic and organised, self-motivated
  • Driving license
