*The role will give you a chance to not only work on the internal projects for this global leader but also with their partners, sponsors which will significantly develop your personal portfolio. Your work will be all over the world – maybe on a billboard in China or a magazine in Europe. You will be able to say… “I designed that!”… On some of the biggest campaigns in the World.*

What the client wants you to do…

  • Working with a fantastic team of creatives the Designer will work on selected design projects producing varied creative solutions depending on the briefs.
  • Taking each project from the initial brief through to delivery this role is broad, including;
  • Be a key part of initial creative brainstorm
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to make sure the brief is understood
  • Develop creative concepts
  • Working with the talented design team to realise those concepts
  • Preparing pitches
  • Overseeing project delivery

You will be:

  • From a strong academic background,
  • Have an impressive professional track record (an impressive portfolio too)
  • Be able to demonstrate a full range of soft skills…

Specifically, qualifications and attributes would include:

  • 5+ years professional experience as a graphic designer working in-house or in an agency environment
  • A degree in graphic design or other relevant creative course
  • An impressive, diverse portfolio of work that demonstrates high quality, creative executions across a broad range of clients/projects
  • Experience in delivering high quality projects to tight deadlines in a high pressure environment
  • Natural creative ability, particularly brand identity, typography, layout and artwork
  • Excellent skills across the Adobe CC, specifically: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Attention to detail and perfectionism in preparation and delivery of work
  • Ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated
  • Extremely creative, innovative and methodical
  • Good time management and flexible approach to working hours
  • Experience in confidently presenting ideas individually and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Aware of current design trends
