Customer Marketing Manager 12 month FTC – up to £45 000 plus excellent package – Berkshire based

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading organisation who is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager 12month FTC to join their dynamic and expanding team to have responsibility for identifying new opportunities within existing customers and developing and selling profitable solutions and propositions.

The successful Customer Marketing Manager 12month FTC must have demonstrable experience of using insight to understand and champion business and industry customer needs. You will develop marketing strategies and plans and launch and market these to the appropriate customer groups. Your responsibilities as the Customer Marketing Manager 12month FTC  will be to market new products/concepts to existing clients and ensure that you remain the supplier of choice this will be online and offline. Working cross functionally with sales, insights, digital, social media and food development you will develop bespoke products and communication tools to support the sales teams and key customers. It is essential that you have commercial marketing experience gained from the retail/wholesale, hospitality, FMCG or foodservice sectors. As an individual you will be a self-starter, with the tenacity and drive to deliver results. You will possess gravitas and excellent influencing skills and ensure the customer is at the centre of all decision making and will possess excellent customer facing skills. Managing a marketing executive it is essential that you are a strong leader with excellent management skills

Skills: You will have a mix of sales, marketing, brand development and business development skills gained from the retail/wholesale, hospitality or foodservice sector. Leadership and man management, communication, stakeholder management, planning and organising skills
