This role will allow you to get to grips with a new and evolving category, shape the future strategy and enable the company to capitalise on their strong market position.

This role presents a unique opportunity to provide leading commercial terms, product, trade marketing and category advice which will see the company become the 'go to' player within the market. - Exciting right!?
Snap shot of responsibility:
- The Head of Sales will be responsible for a team of 7 - Must have confidence to lead and inspire with a 'hands-on' approach, to coach, support and direct their team to high performance
- Growth of c15%+ per annum is the desired ambition, so to deliver upon this aspiration, the individual we have a clear sense of urgency, and energy to realise business success in what is a competitive albeit growing sector.
- In addition, this role requires the understanding and ability to create and galvanise a 'sales environment/team' that enables our continued success.
