As their head of sales, you will be expected to drive forward a substantial part of their business in a market with plenty of headroom, whilst managing and supporting a team of 3. You will get to work closely with the founder and Commercial Director in the voyage to becoming the number one go-to brand! There are realistic short to mid-term plans to expand the team further, requiring you to have strong people management capabilities.
Experience and skills required:
- Proven success of creating and implementing longer term strategies
- Must have Top4 experience and Multichannel experience would be desirable
- Previous line management experience essential
- Must show tenacity, drive and excitement for an entrepreneurial environment. Preferably previous SME/start-up experience
- Be degree educated
