Pay: £32,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Territory: Swindon, West London, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Northampton
What you will be doing?
- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of this growth, using your sales management skills to unlock the potential in an ambitious, highly motivated, graduate-level Sales team.
- You'll have the chance to develop your own team, identifying key opportunities and setting the strategy to achieve goals
- Ferrero UK gives you the opportunity to showcase your skills on high-profile brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise. So, it really is the perfect platform on which to build a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
- You will analyse team performance, sales trends, product success and retail development. It involves working closely with retailers, Ferrero Impulse Sales teams and operations colleagues, exploring every opportunity to enhance distribution, availability, ordering, visibility/POS and display.

What will you need?
- A comprehensive knowledge of the independent, convenience and cash & carry retail sector is essential
- A proven track record of performance management that drives sales growth.
- You’ll need to be able to think strategically, set objectives and inspire others to achieve challenging targets.
- Commercial acumen, ambition and adaptability
- Analytical Skills to understand exactly where the sales energy of the team can be channelled.
- A full clean UK driving license
Travel throughout the UK, including some overnight stays, is required.
