Area Sales Manager - Commercial Flooring - £35-40K + 20% OTE

The Role: The new Area Sales Manager in the South East region will be tasked with selling flooring consumables to Contractors via an existing Distributor partner network. The Area Sales Manager will have the autonomy to split their time between Business Development and Account Management. Trade days & product demonstration days will be the Area Sales Manager's responsibility to co-ordinate with their own account base.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • 1 year + field sales experience
  • Experience with the construction industry is desirable
  • Examples of New Business wins
  • Desire and ambition
