Field Sales Engineer - Electrical Components - £35K + 8K OTE

Package: £32,000 - 37,000 basic, plus £8,000 commission & company car

The Role: The successful candidate will be selling a range of refrigeration, electrical and heating industrial products into small OEM'S (manufacturing) across entire South East. Contacting procurement, purchasing, supply chain and R&D engineers, the new recruit will be required to grow 20-30 existing accounts and proactively gain new business, convert warm leads and self-source. Order sizes average £10,000 per unit, you will be targeted on £1.6M in your first year.

The Company: Since being established over 40 years ago, our client now boasts a UK turnover of £25M. Our client is a leading supplier of engineering component parts and spares to the refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, electrical and process control sectors. They are part of manufacturing operations supplying more than 26,000 products in total, they are now looking for a field sales engineer to join the sales team with opportunities to progress and embark on a long-term career.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have sold to OEMs - ANY industrial/electrical products
  • B2B field sales experience
  • Dynamic and energetic individual, keen to progress
  • Driving license
