Sales Manager – Coffee – HORECA

The Company

Eden Scott are working with one of the UK’s leading coffee businesses. The business source, roast and pack their own branded ranges of coffee products for the retail and foodservice sectors.

The Position

Sales Manager – North London & Essex

&

Sales Manager – West Mids / South West England

The Sales Manager is tasked with new business development and account management within the ‘Out of Home’ or ‘HORECA channels (coffee shops, cafe’s, restaurants etc)

The position is predominantly field based, calling on customers to promote the products and increase sales.

You will need to create growth action plans for key customers to explore further customer management efficiencies and comprehensively review every stocking opportunity across the territory ledger and implement stretching business development plans to capitalise on these.

There will also be a requirement for creating bespoke proposals that match customer needs and explain the commercial benefit of trading with the business.

The coffee market is booming and with the product range which is amongst the best in the business, there is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sales Manager to make an instant impact.

The Person

  • Min 1-2 years Food or Drinks sales experience within the HORECA channel.
  • Excellent sales and relationships building skills.
  • Ability to organise dairy and sales calls.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Passion for sales and the coffee industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

The Package

The package on offer is £28-33k + car + excellent bonus scheme + pension + benefits.

The position is field based.

* The person must be based in the North London / Essex area for one position and the Gloucester / Bristol / Cardiff area for the other*
