Are you a creative marketing professional with experience in the luxury food sector? 

We are a rapidly expanding fine food company based in the Cotswolds selling luxury gourmet products. We can offer great career opportunities to an innovative, organised marketeer that can help us build our international brand in all core sales channels.

We are a small but rapidly expanding fine food company based in the Cotswolds, selling luxury gourmet products into both B2C and B2B channels. 

Fuelled by year on year double digit growth, we are looking for a dynamic marketing executive that can help us build our business. The successful applicant will be responsible for the marketing of our products, brands and services into all core sales channels and markets and will be keen to work in a fast growing, dynamic environment.

As a creative marketeer, the successful applicant will contribute to the development of and implement the marketing plans for all core markets. Whilst maintaining a strong focus on content creation, the role holder will ensure a consistency across all marketing activity, developing the online representation of the brand and managing the offline, wholesale marketing activity.

The role holder will be as comfortable writing informative and interesting copy as they are well versed in Illustrator and Photoshop. An ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and work well as part of a team is essential.

The Senior Marketing Executive Role:

Reporting to the Head of UK and Export Wholesale Sales, the Senior Marketing Executive role purpose will be to successfully market all products, brands and services into all core sales channels and markets.

Key Accountabilities:

+ Create an annual marketing plan for all B2C and B2B marketing activities.
+ Create and roll out various marketing campaigns to drive product, brand and services awareness both for the UK and International markets.
+ Manage all social media channels: distribute content and generate wholesale sales leads.
+ Copywrite all blog posts, mailshots, product descriptions and advertising copy, whilst maintaining a consistent brand tone.
+ Work with third parties to produce product & lifestyle images, business videos & recipes.
+ Design all online and offline adverts, POS, catalogues.
+ Working closely with logistics, dispatch and eCommerce & sales support to plan and execute the roll out of all display, POS and marketing materials.
+ Design, procure furnishing and build trade show & retail stands.
+ Manage the new product design process for labels and product packaging.

Skills & Experience:

+ Three years’ experience in a marketing or design role within a gourmet food or luxury lifestyle brand.
+ Demonstrable experience of managing multiple social media accounts.
+ Ability to write interesting and informative copy.
+ Proficient in using Illustrator and Photoshop.
+ Creative and able to produce innovative ideas.
+ Ability to use initiative whilst working as part of a team.
+ Commercially aware.
+ The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
+ Basic Photography skills would also be useful

Remuneration Package:

+ Salary: £32,000 
+ Bonus: Annual Discretionary depending upon individual and company performance
+ Holidays: 28days inclusive of bank holidays
+ Pension
