Package: £25,000 - 30,000 basic, plus 25% commission

The Role: The current Sales Director started in this role! The Account Manager will be selling a range of fixings, fastenings and construction consumables to sub-contractors and regional contractors across the UK. Contacting business owners, site managers and project managers, the successful candidate will be expected to manage an account base. This is a reactive sales role, you will be mainly targeted on sales support for the field sales team, involved in admin and converting inbound leads. The existing team is a great mix of personalities and experience levels!
The Company: Since being established in the last 20+ years, our client has become one of the leading distributors of fixings, fasteners and building consumables in the U.K..They supply some of the biggest names within the construction and civil engineering industries, now looking for a salesperson to support continued growth and success!
For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must have sales experience within construction market
- Driven, wants to succeed, money motivated.
- Commutable to Ashford in Kent
- Driving license
