A global branded food owner is on the search for a category expert within the Impulse category who has the hunger for growth and development.

Category Controller - Impulse

£60,000 - 70,000 + Car allowance + Bonus

M25 / West London region

Reporting into the Category Head, you will inherit a small team and drive the agenda of bringing growth through delivery of excellent category solutions. You will require good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders both with colleagues and customers and have a strategic mind-set and solid commercial understanding. To be successful in the role, you will have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data to create valuable insights and deliver a strong and compelling category story.

The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-

• Significant Category experience working for a branded FMCG business
• People management experience within a Category function
• Must be able to display a strong understanding of shoppers, consumer and customer needs
• Work with pace across a large brand portfolio
• Passionate about food and delivering category strategy
• Degree educated
