Sales Controller – Foodservice – Embrace the New

The business operates with a challenger brand and business reputation across Retail, Foodservice & B2B channels.
Reporting into the Sales Director, we are looking for a Sales Controller for the Foodservice  / B2B sales channel. This is a pivotal position within the dynamic and hungry commercial team and will lead the growth strategy and the team of NAM’s for the Foodservice channel in addition to managing a number of large Foodservice /B2B accounts.

About You:
•    You want to come and work with a challenger brand.
•    A desire to be accountable to deliver results.
•    A strategic thinker with demonstrable evidence of driving sales teams to deliver growth.
•    Significant National Accounts Management experience. 
•    Team Management and Leadership Experience.
•    A strategic thinker with demonstrable evidence of driving sales teams to deliver growth.
•    Graduate calibre with solid FMCG experience with a Brand or Own Label background.
•    Evidence of sound JBP negotiations and delivery of customer objectives. 
•    Able to influence, sell and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders up to Board Level.

This Opportunity Will Suit:
•    Someone who is an established Sales Controller with Food Manufacturing.
•    A Senior NAM with sound Team Leadership experience looking for the next step in your career. 
•    You must have experience of the Foodservice sales channel or a strong desire to build experience in this area.  
•    Experience of working for a Challenger Brand would be ideal.

•    The role is predominantly based at Head Office in Northwich in Cheshire and is a commutable radius from Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke-on-Trent.
