An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading Global FMCG Business who is seeking a new Finance Director. As Finance Director the successful candidate will be the heart of the organisation. The finance director will support the marketing, sales and supply chain in added value decision making from a financial perspective but will also be responsible for the statutory reporting and the internal control framework and audits.

The Finance Director will lead a finance team of 3 and will have indirect management of several employees of the FSSC off site. They will be responsible for managing the full P&L, balance sheet and risk & control or the UK & Ireland operations. The finance director will also be responsible for leading within the leadership team and finance team in driving profitable growth throughout the organization and reducing working capital, as well as providing insights to improve the BU performance.  

The Business is looking for a Finance Director Who has extensive experience with an FMCG environment who can create an engaging, motivating and rewarding culture and who can look past the numbers and make exceptional business decisions. The role requires a flexible, customer-centric and hands on business partner who is ready to play a leading role in taking this business on their journey of growth. It is essential that all applicants are Fully ACCA/CIMA Qualified and 5/10 years in experience within commercial finance.
