Reporting into the International Sales Director you will be responsible for the development of the Asia Pacific market. You will take ownership for driving sales of the products through distributors. As an integral part of the international team, you will have a strong focus on relationship building, delivering your financial target, delivering on volume and trading objectives across APAC and hold full P&L accountability for your markets. You'll be responsibility for managing the commercial relationship with the distributor in each market and developing the strategy to maximise potential. This is an exciting role as you will be responsible for a rapidly growing region with huge growth potential. 

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will be a successful  International Sales Manager looking to progress your career in an entrepreneurial business. You will have experience and understanding of how to drive forward commercial relationships, setting the commercial long term and short term strategy and be analytical in nature. Please note, this role will require travel on a monthly basis.
