The Role:
This entry level admin-based role requires you to communicate with your wider team in order to support them and work toward your overall success.
- Master data price file & new account set up
- Customer sales price input & management in SAP
- SAP off invoice pricing maintenance
- Validating and coding deductions & invoices
- Resolving invalid deductions & invoice queries to resolution.
- Complete New product line forms
- Aged of stock management & reporting
- Review product images and samples
- Purchase orders / raising & goods receipt
- Attending Internal admin forum with sales operation
- General adhoc administration.
- Taking personal accountability for delivering the highest standards for the customer base and the wide team.
- Effective time management
- Ability to communicate with the wider team both internally and externally
- Apply a positive cando attitude to any task at hand.
- Deliver business key performance indicators.
- Good knowledge of excel and pivot tables.
- PC literate
- Numeracy and analytic skills
- Sales experience
- Attention to detail
