The Role:

This entry level admin-based role requires you to communicate with your wider team in order to support them and work toward your overall success.

  • Master data price file & new account set up
  • Customer sales price input & management in SAP
  • SAP off invoice pricing maintenance
  • Validating and coding deductions & invoices
  • Resolving invalid deductions & invoice queries to resolution.
  • Complete New product line forms
  • Aged of stock management & reporting
  • Review product images and samples
  • Purchase orders / raising & goods receipt
  • Attending Internal admin forum with sales operation
  • General adhoc administration.
Required attributes:

  • Taking personal accountability for delivering the highest standards for the customer base and the wide team.
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to communicate with the wider team both internally and externally
  • Apply a positive cando attitude to any task at hand.
  • Deliver business key performance indicators.
Desired skills:

  • Good knowledge of excel and pivot tables.
  • PC literate
  • Numeracy and analytic skills
  • Sales experience
  • Attention to detail
