Artworker / Designer

Signature Career Management have partnered with a North-West based FMCG company that are experiencing constant and consistent growth, therefore looking to expand their marketing department with an Artwork and Design Co-ordinator.

Beginning their journey less than 20 years ago, this business has gone from strength to strength and show no signs of slowing, displaying 20% year on year growth. Operating in the FMCG industry, they sit firmly within a category which is very much on trend and operate at the premium end! They’re now looking for an Artworker/ Design Co-ordinator and looking for an individual whose prioritising and organisational skill are second to none, while maintaining the ability to adapt and grow with the company. You will be expected to display your creative flair, thinking artistically and collaborating with the wider team to produce new ideas and update existing designs. Responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of art working and design tasks to agreed quality, timescales and specifications
• Make use of business led insight to drive improved designs
• Deliver labels and artworks in other languages
• Support with embedding best practise to Brand compliance and efficiency, making improvements to cost quality and time
• Keen attention to details to ensure accurate high-quality work from first to final iteration.

Successful candidates will have artwork and design experience, confident in using InDesign PhotoShop, and Illustrator.  As a forward thinking, modern FMCG corporation they are looking for an individual to bring their skills to the table and approach with an innovative mindset. The ability to work as a unit is imperative; the business promote a true community spirit. They are looking for someone who can very much embrace an existing team environment and where necessary help one another with workload to ensure success across the board.
