An exciting opportunity to develop and nurture On Trade Retail relationships for this growing Drinks organisation.

Client Details

Our client is a growing Drinks organisation seeking an On Trade Account Controller.

Description

The On Trade Account Controller will:
  • Drive new business relationships with Major On Trade Retailers
  • Nurture and develop existing relationships with Major On Trade Retailers
  • Build effective joint business plans
  • Lead, develop and nurture a team of National Account Managers
  • Build and manage strong internal stakeholder relationships




Profile

The On Trade Account Controller will:
  • Have a proven and recent track record selling Drinks to the On Trade
  • Have team management experience, and developing sales people
  • Have a track record working with Major Pub Groups and Restaurant Chains
  • Have a strong commercial track record
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Be a strong negotiator
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills.


This role is field based with travel to the Head Office near Bristol.
