The role: Leading the Category and MS&P agenda for the business
- Lead UK Category & E-Commerce vision, mission and strategic development plans on a localised basis for the UK business.
- Commercial Strategy Fundamentals ie Pricing and Promo
- Commercial Propositions
- Retailer Fundamentals
- Realising NPD Potential
- Integrated business planning
Applicant must haves:
- Category Management experience
- Commercial Strategy / MS&P / Revenue Growth Experience
- Line management experience
- Bags of potential and energy
- Astute commercials with the ability to influence both internally and externally at a senior level.
- P&L ownership experience to understand P&L drivers.
- Bigger picture thinking capability and a strategic mindset
