The role of Trade Marketing Manager is important to our Client’s strategy. Devising a marketing plan, you’ll help drive forward campaigns that include trade shows, trade events and trade sponsorships.

You’ll work with the sales team to develop a trade show and exhibition calendar; marketing collateral will need to be up to date and “on brand” – it will be your role to ensure it is.

What is our client looking for?

You’re already an experienced Trade Marketing Manager, ready to take on your next challenge. More of a traditional marketeer than a digital/CRM specialist, you’ll use your experience to oversee and produce traditional marketing collateral; point of sale, print, exhibitions – they’re second nature to you. Experience of working with NPD is a must for this role as well as working with recognizable brands.

Backgrounds that will be strongly considered would be the following:

  • Food Manufacturing

  • Technology
  • Health & Beauty
  • CPG
  • Video and Film
  • Consumer Electronics
  • Pet Food

Creativity goes without saying, as well as a highly motivated approach. Plus, you’ll need to be well organised, keen to take on a fresh challenge and strive to deliver the best results possible.  You’ll live and breathe brand. And you’ll relish working to aggressive timeframes, planning and executing full marketing briefs.

Possibly from a FMCG background – though not essential – you may have worked within the technology sector before. What you will have is plenty of brand experience, an eye for detail, and an ability to work effectively with other professionals, both internally and externally.
