Package: Competitive basic salary + extensive benefits

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours

Location: Ideally southern based with extensive European travel involved

                                                                                                                     

The International Business Development Lead will act as the lead contact for global field sales, supporting and driving targeted strategies as well as global operations and reporting.  The role also supports business development efforts, specifically focused on European and Global opportunities and introducing the global offer to clients and multi-market tender response management.

 

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Management of customer relationships
  • Supporting the customer’s growth agenda
  • Supporting operating companies
  • Project management and coordination
  • New business administration
  • Sound commercial models

You will have:

  • 10 - 12 years’ experience in an FMCG/Retail/Sales environment at a Senior Management level
  • A proven track record of managing people, clients and relationships with global retailers, suppliers and wholesalers
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Ability to operationalise the sales strategy
  • Strong influencing, selling business development and commercial skills
  • Highly results driven
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
