This is one of the biggest brand names in drinks. A young, vibrant and dynamic company, they are looking for a Category Controller to form part of their Off Trade marketing team. Often seen as a creative and quirky company, their globally recognised brand has a major presence in the both the on and off trade. They require people that have bright ideas, are positive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic. This is an autonomous, creative position working with a high profile FMCG brand; opportunities like this are extremely rare!

You’ll be responsible for leading the Category team to execute sales and category initiatives. You will have a team of 4 direct reports in order to help you achieve this – 3 Category Managers and 1 Graduate. You won’t have any direct category management responsibilities but will support the category team in devising and implementing category plans by allocating resource in the team. You'll have a great Manager who really invests time to make you be the best you can be!

You’re most probably a Category/Senior Category Manager working with a branded consumer goods at the moment. You may have a team of 1 direct report and you’re looking to expand this further and take on some broader responsibilities. Knowledge of off trade customers would be beneficial – grocery, convenience, impulse, high street etc. You must be passionate about what you do but have the ability to work in a business that are extremely non-corporate and don’t take themselves too seriously.
