My Client
We are excited to be working with this company to recruit a Head of Sales Out of Home as my client is a fast growing challenger brand within the FMCG arena that ‘does good’ for the world. In fact they are one of the fastest growing drinks brands in the UK currently. They have shaken up the drinks category with a truly new proposition and this has resulted in fantastic uptake from main stream retailers and consumer support/demand. 
They are an entrepreneurial environment and encourage all team members to have a voice, take ownership and drive their own business within the company. This is a genuine opportunity to get into a business at grass roots and early phase. The calibre of people within this organisation is outstanding, most of the team have joined from top Tier FMCG companies as they have recognised the potential this brand and product range has.

The Role
This Head of Sales Out Home  will be responsible for a selection of high street, QSR and travel customers – there is some existing business, but as you can imagine with a company in high growth but infancy – there is plenty of [strategic] door knocking to be done. You will be responsible for identifying appropriate customers and outlets to gain listings within these, and will managing the trading relationships with these. You will be responsible for writing and implementing the startegy for this high profile channel and will have two direct reports [who also have their own direct reports].
This role will quickly evolve with your successes and the view is to quickly expand the OOH team.

The Person

We are looking for a Head of Sales for the Out of Home channel that is looking to work with an innovative and high growth brand in the FMCG market. You will have experience managing accounts in the FMCG space with the ability to move quickly and keep up with the decision-making pace of this company.

The role is paying up to £60 000 [no car] 20% bonus and significant share options.
