Develop relationships with internal stakeholders ranging from Project/Product Managers through to SMEs, to support proeduct/transformation projects.
Capture market requirements to guide product managers and ensure a competitive and strategic edge is maintained.
You will be joining one of the largest, most established telco companies - focused on their Enterprise business.
Take the lead on market analysis to capture requirements and create business requirement specs.
Help to scope out the projects and ensure there will be a successful financial return.
Understand the market/capability of the business and help define the business cases.
Analyse capabilities within the market, advise on the scope and put together the BRS.
Work closely with the product managers to assist with their vision (and alter if need be!) to ensure products being developed are competitive and viable.
Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to understand the business and provide all insight needed.
This position will require incredible stakeholder management capabilities. You will be interacting with, influencing and supporting a number of different teams to ensure that products have a requirement within the market and are being developed along the right lines.
You will be experienced in leading and shaping products inline with market demand.
You will be confident articulating complex issues simply, up to senior management level.
You will be confident identifying commercial opportunities within the market, that are aligned with the business strategy.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar position in Telecoms or IT. Specific exposure to Cloud, Hosting, LAN/WAN will be extremely useful.
It will be beneficial if you have ISEB/ITIL Certifications.
