Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding medical business who are looking for a business development manager to join their highly performing sales team.

Client Details

My client is a UK manufacturer and distributor who provide a range of solutions. They are constantly improving the current product portfolio and developing innovative , trusted solutions for service departments. Due to continuous growth they are now opening a new office based in Milton Keynes and are looking for a number of internal sales executive to join the sales team and drive new business.

Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's products for a defined territory in the UK. The role is primarily office based and extensive phone use will be required, so naturally comfortable dealing with customers and outbound selling is a requirement. Where needed this role will be required to visit with customers to carry out product training and product demonstrations. The sales campaigns will change from time to time in line with the strategic imperatives and business plans.

Business Development Manager
  • Confident phone manner
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
  • Previous sales experience (ideally in an outbound sales environment)
  • Results orientated
  • Able to prioritise and plan effectively
  • Attention to detail and accurate
  • Ability to use various computer software including MS Office related programs
