Business Development Manager - Sports Accessories (FMCG) £28K + 18K OTE!

Salary: £28,000 basic, plus £18,000 commission!

The Role: Targeting pet stores, garden centres, retailers and football clubs, the new BDM will be prospecting new business across Central and Greater London. This field based role will involve cold calling, converting marketing leads and attending trade shows, attending 5 meetings per day across your territory. Representing a product backed by 3 of the Dragon's, you will look to build a team after 6-12 months, building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers will be key to your success! To be considered for this role, you must have field sales experience, preferable new business focused but not over pushy, any commercial sales backgrounds will be considered.

The Company: One of the youngest entrepreneurs to appear on Dragon's Den, our client secured investment from 3 of the Dragon's! Manufacturing consumer cleaning equipment specifically relating to sportswear and more recently pets, they have appeared on Good Morning Britain and featured in Men's Fitness. A family run business now looking to fully utilise their marketing successes and employ a BDM to secure new business across Central and Greater London.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have field sales experience
  • Confident prospecting new business
  • Commutable to London daily
  • Full Driving license
