Account Manager / Business Development Manager
I'm currently looking for a number of account managers / business developers to join a market leader within their space during a huge phase of growth.
You will be prospecting customers, and building relationships with key decision makers to become their supplier of choice.
My client are a well known reputable player within the jewellery world - and very well respected. They are family owned business and are in a period of sustained growth - hence they need multiple new hired to help with demand! You will have the potential to earn some seriously good money - as well as receiving world class, professional training to ensure you know what you're talking about!
The key responsibilities are:
Building a strong relationship with your clients to create a high turnover of sales each month
Achieving and aiming to exceed monthly sales targets
Actively seeking new business and clients to add to your list
Ability to up sell to your clients
The successful candidate will have:
Proven sales experience. 3-5 years minimum in a sales based role
B2B preferred but not essential to success
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and ability to network
Customer focus with the ability to build credibility and rapport over the phone and in person
Able to use initiative as well as work as part of a team
Strong co-ordination and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
