I'm currently looking for a number of account managers / business developers to join a market leader within their space during a huge phase of growth.

You will be prospecting customers, and building relationships with key decision makers to become their supplier of choice.

Client Details

My client are a well known reputable player within the jewellery world - and very well respected. They are family owned business and are in a period of sustained growth - hence they need multiple new hired to help with demand! You will have the potential to earn some seriously good money - as well as receiving world class, professional training to ensure you know what you're talking about!


The key responsibilities are:

 Building a strong relationship with your clients to create a high turnover of sales each month

 Achieving and aiming to exceed monthly sales targets

 Actively seeking new business and clients to add to your list

 Ability to up sell to your clients


The successful candidate will have:

 Proven sales experience. 3-5 years minimum in a sales based role

 B2B preferred but not essential to success

 Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and ability to network

 Customer focus with the ability to build credibility and rapport over the phone and in person

 Able to use initiative as well as work as part of a team

 Strong co-ordination and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets

 Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
