Job Details



The main purpose of the role is to support the field sales team by identifying qualified leads with new and existing customers. You will work on specific telesales campaigns and activities including following up leads and quotes.

  • Building relationships with customers and establishing their requirements offering labels for their systems and printers




  • Account managing existing customers and their requirements




  • Strong desire and motivation to achieve targets




  • Cold calling new prospects and identifying opportunities




  • Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time




  • Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems




  • Handling all customer interaction in a personalised and professional manner




  • Interact with the customer across all channels (inbound/outbound calls and emails)




  • Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date on the CRM




  • Communicate with professional confidence and assurance




  • Deliver the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction






Profile
  • Customer focused Sales related role is essential




  • Previous experience within B2B is desirable




  • Previously worked in a Telephone position.




  • Comfortable with Targets and KPI's
